Tools to Personalize and Display Flash Presentation on Laptop

We? need to develop a set of tools that will enable sales reps across the country to deliver a personalized, interactive, highly graphical and animated presentation based on a standardized presentation we create for them. The project consists of developing three distinct components: 1. A flash presentation that is based on an existing PowerPoint presentation and will be the same essential presentation delivered with every customer. 2. A personalization tool that will adjust the content and flow of the flash presentation based on multiple image and text variables.? 3. A downloadable .exe file that will enable the installation of the personalization tool and flash presentation assets. Please see attached requirements for detailed explanation of what we need. I've also added the storyboard for the Flash itself. **We will provide all images, sound effects, video, designs, etc. So need only programming of Flash, personalization tool and installer program.** Note, in terms of deadlines, we would need to have the code for the personalization tool and Flash presentation ready to review by Monday, 7/28 9:00 AM California time.? We will test and provide feedback same day, and will need all final changes and installation program ready to go by? 5:00 PM California time? Wed 8/30.?
