i'm trying to set up a property business in turkey with my turkish partner - izmir and cesme area - and need ideally to set up a website to display details of villas/land/etc for sale or rent to uk citizens. similar websites i have looked at are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] i'd like to have a front page with contact details and a couple of pretty photos of the coastline. then need links to say 4-6 more pages.... 1) cesme/izmir area (again with pretty pictures) - there are several tourist websites that are good and i can specify the best ones if that helps; 2) travel details eg flight frequency and cost plus approx car hire costs; 3) villas/land for sale with photos plus quick rundown of property buying process; 4) maintenance/rental charges for those properties; 5) villas for rent with approx charges plus rough rental contract. would obviously like to be tied into search engines. don't think i have that much competition in this particular area of turkey - most concentrated on more touristic area round bodrum where u can only get direct charter as opposed to scheduled flights, and only in hi season. all suggestions gratefully received as this is my first attempt at running business and my computer knowledge is minimal! mary ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
