Small Website for Company

We need an updated website/template for our financial management company. We need something simple, and professional looking. Our current site features 1 Homepage + 6 additional pages & the new site should have similar structure. Current site information should be copied over to new site template. IMPORTANT: We need to be able to edit the content of the site on our own in the future (if we add employees or are featured in the news, etc). We have FrontPage and GoLive, so the site needs to be edited in one of those programs or in some other open source program. We do NOT need to be able to edit the layout of the site, we just need to edit/change information. We have already purchased some stock imagery that can be used. I can provide it once a coder is chosen. Please see current site at [login to view URL] before bidding to get an idea of the project we are looking for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site needs to be compatible in all major browsers (IE, Mozilla, Opera, Safari). We need to be able to edit the content of the site on our own in the future (if we add employees or are featured in the news, etc).
