pricing feature for catalog script

I have a catalog script which is half built. I require a feature built into the script that allows me to set prices on products based on a range of pricing variables that affect the end price. The variables are quantity, cost price, markup, tax and decoration cost. Please see the attachment as it will show you how the feature will be structured so i can determine the final pricing. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
