PHP Record Sorting Logic

Hello. I need a piece of code with a simple db so that set records order. for example row 1 up down row 2 up down row 3 up down what i can do is that i should click on the up and row 2 is up before row 1 and vice versa i need this sorting code done with php n mysql. row 2 up down row 1 up down row 3 up down I am myself php programmer so i just need the logic remaining i will do.
