Help me get Paypal working on site. Everything must default to Japanese. I need to be able to accept Japanese Yen payments via Paypal. This is the most important thing. Also, payments must work properly going into my Paypal account when a user pays. I want users to pay for a lifetime membership via IPO, not a monthly subscription. 3000 Yen should be the payment amount. Also, please show me how to change this payment amount if I need to.
Also, I want that "Site powered by Irater" caption removed from the bottom of the screen, where-ever it may be.
Also, I want "Country" to be changed in the sign up page and throughout the site to to "Country (of origin)".
And I want "State/Province" changed in the sign up page and throughout the site to "City (where living)".
Also, in the admin control panel, I want that "Visit I-rater" button on the left-hand side removed, it just looks silly.
Also, I want the "URL" removed from the sign-up page and throughout the site. I don't want users visiting other websites.
Also, I want a search feature for users. A user which has paid for a membership should be able to search for other users, based on whether they are a Guy or a Girl, and also based on there Country (of origin) and City (where living). A user should be able to input the Sex, Country, and City of a user and get specified search results based on that. Only a paid user should be able to do this.
Also, I want to put a limit on the amount of images that can be uploaded per paid member, let's say 10.
Lastly, everything on the site, from how the pictures upload, to whatever else needs to be tested and working perfectly.

I've been real busy lately and haven't had a chance to respond to everyone bidding on this project, so I've decided to extend the bidding for 3 more days. I realize that there are many questions you may have about the project, so please let me know what things you need clarified and I will clarify them. Thank you for bidding on this project and I apologize for any inconvenience. I will respond to all of your comments tomorrow night and likely select what I think to be the best coder for this project at that time. I realize that there may be more work involved in this project then I originally anticipated and I have raised the bidding maximum to $250. Please feel free to re-post your bid if you want. Also, I will change the amount of time require to complete this project to 9 days instead of 5.
