Extension of time management app to provide task management capabilities

We had a task management application written. However the requirement from our client changed as follows. I need the development of an extension to an existing tool written in PHP to keep track of requirements from customers and how those requirements have been developed. We would now like to add a task management layer to it so that clients can actually add their tasks, assign priorities, view their statuses etc... There will be 3 type of users: 1/ customers who can see their tasks and statuses, add new tasks 2/ developers who can see the tasks that were assigned to them, enter the time they worked on it and the status of the task 3/ manager who can view new tasks, assign them to developers, track overdue tasks, report on time worked by developer per project (and get an export of all tasks for that project), create new developer profiles and customer profiles The data will be stored on a mySQL database. Front-end needs to be integrated with existing app. Selected developer will develop the application on our web server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP / MYSQL
