Database Project

I need someone to debug the code of a project that I am presently working on. After that is complete I will post a private bid to that person update the code. It is a small database project that links to a database and allows the user to naviagate through the data and add data. It is written in vb.net. If you want to bid please give me an estimated turn around time because I need it rather quickly. It allows you to cycle through the database and to search based on certain fields. That part work for instance I type in a persons last name and it will locate the person in the database. Then what happens it will show 1 of 1 records instead 1 of 20 records in the database and when I try to search based on a different criteria or hit the next button looking for the next record I get this error message. An unhandled exception of type '[login to view URL]' occurred in [login to view URL] Additional information: There is no row at position 1. And it will not allow me to add data to the database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
