Rather quick project of taking approx 50,000 records and sorting the data by certain *non-complex* criteria and generating a rather detailed report (one giant report [one template]) for us to print out. Groupings and Sortings..etc are need. Fast turn around required!

Let me break out the data for you..
attached you will find out what the report should look like...
We need the data sorted by the following criteria...
1. District Number
-2. Delegate Name
--3. Building Name
The report will consist of all the information you see in the attachment
Each building has a certain number of members, some have 10, some have 150 so realistically some buildings in the report will only take up one page, others maybe 5. At the end of every building report we need six blank lines as you can see below. Let me know if you can put that at the end of the building report or can only go on the bottom of every page. Additionally we have a setward assigned to each building (ONLY ONE) are you able to place his name on the building report too? |
