Research Vacation Rental

I need help finding a beach rental for a week this summer. I will give you the date, the geographic range (Sandbridge, VA and the mid-portion of the Outerbanks of North Carolina(i.e., Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills), and my preferences on amenities and distance to the beach. I need you to find the major (top 10?) house rental web-sites and summarize your top 15 recommended available houses for each of two price levels that I give you, for 2 different house sizes (e.g., categories would be $x 4 bedrooms, $y 4 bedrooms, $x 5+ bedrooms, $y 5+ bedrooms). Total of 60 recommended houses. The deliverable will be a Word file. I'd like an embedded image for each recommendation. Next to the each image I need to following pieces of data: rental office link, price, bedrooms, distance to the beach, & a comment on why it is differentiated in its class (amenities, age of house, other). I'd also like your top 3 recommendations, plus a sentence or two on why. I'm flexible on price, but want to do it on the cheap.
