Manual Directory and article submission

1. Web directory submission: I need to submit my site on 500 free web directories manually. You should use manual process for each submission. I need a report with the proof of each submission. You have to find the list of directories yourself. 2. Article submission: I have a article and need to submit the article on top 50 HTML supported free article directories which have minimum page rank 1. The article contain two anchor text for the back-link. I need the links to be live on internet with the article. You have to find the list of directories yourself. Finally you should submit two individual reports for each of the two services with proof.
