Simple Chat Programming Needed

Hello PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU CAN DO IT. This must be done in Visual Basic 6.0 or VC++. What I need is a simple chat program. This is how it should work. User enters His/Her Nick Name, Email ID and SEX (m/f). After entering a window will open showing Him/Her the list of user which is nothing just list of nick names. His/Her name will also appear but in BOLD LETTERS. Now he/she can select a nick name and can start chatting with the selected person. A feature of transferring files would be great. Thats all I need. If this goes well we would like to add groups also but later Currently we just need that. I hope this is possible of what I need.
