Recruiting Software

I am looking to have a recruiting program built that almost exactly matches the one i have included as a zip file. The zip includes the installer for the demo version so you can see what i am wanting to have built. I figure it may take more than a little bit of work but if your good you can build it!! UPDATE: Please take into account that this program needs to be able to be licenced as it will be licenced to our affiliates for their businesses, the licence must be able to be scalable in number of users able to access the program, and the number of candidates the system will allow. So with the licencing, we will also need 2 methods of creating the licence keys, one online in PHP and the other can be in what ever language you decide to write the program in. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform It must run on Windows 9x/2000/XP ## Deadline information This product must be capable of including licences for different amounts of users, and candidates.
