Program for captch

I am looking for someone to make a software program that will recognize captcha on ticketmaster and than also search for tickets on multiple window browsers at the exact same time. I don't know much about programming, but I have been told the key to the success of the ticket spinner is the ability to recognize and replicate the captcha with 75-100% accuracy in order to secure the best tickets quickly.
