c++ library - Privacy keeper

I would like a c++ class that is used to clenaup certain things that may cause privacy concerns in windows. What I need from you guys... a quote for how much the work will cost and a list of all the features youw ill implement for that price. Just before the job is accepted the winning bidder and I will chose and agree on a set amount of these privacy features to implement. For example, one such privacy concern would be the find in files history. Another would be internet explorer cache. Internet explorer history, windows media history, ... Be creative. Give me a list of the features you will implement. I would like the deliverable to be in the form of a c++ library and a test program that demonstrates the use of the library. For example: class { public: void clearSearchHistory(); void clearIEHistory(); ... }; Needs to work in win98 and up Happy bidding and good luck! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
