Create a simple scrubbing software that will allow you to import a list of phone numbers (comma delimited or excel format) and then import a second list of numbers and delete the first list from the second list thus scrubbing the list. This will be used for removing USA NoCall numbers from any phone list. A Trial example of this can be downloaded free from [login to view URL] this is what I need only with my brand. Please donot copy this program but change it up a bit. I would also like to add list generator that would allow to input and area code (example 212) and prefix (eample 222) and then create a random list of every number between 212-222-0000 to 212-222-9999. And then allow for easy submission to scrubber. I would like a user friendly screen that easily allows to choose the different tasks. And I would like it have the name DNC Deleter Pro and have a executable install file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
