YID Maker and YID Profiler

I have changed this application all together since I am receiving absolutely no bids for the application I submitted almost a month ago. Yahoo application built to run in a windows environment, it needs to be able to connect to yahoo and register YID's and also this same application needs to be able to update all the profiles of any list of YID names I load. In creation of this application anything that you believe will make it operate more efficiently/stable please feel free to comment on these points. If you are from a different country other than the U.S. please make sure you have a messaging system and you speak good english. ## Deliverables **Admin Functions:** -account management for users able to access program -ability to create yahoo id's (will fill in security code) can be separate list with manageable list import/export -ability to create yahoo id profiles with imported list of yahoo ids *** NOTE:** Will provide domain and ftp access for application authentication "account management"* **Optional Suggestions:** - Proxy support most likely will be needed **..............................................................................** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
