Upload pics from a backend webpage

This one shouldn't be that bad. I am developing a backend for a client to upload pics for thier website i developed. I have a working upload component and am able to now upload pics but i want a few more in-depth features. First of all the component is aspSmartUpload from aspsmart.com. As you can now tell i use asp vbScript. I have a form with the file type text box that posts to a page with the upload script on it. it is real plain and simple. Here is what i want, I have a page within the website that displays the pictures (there are 12 total) I want them to be able to go in and update and/or change those 12 pics on the site. Right now the 12 pics are hard coded in, i will change the pics to dynamic picture holders and pull the path from a db. So i need to upload the pic file to a folder on the host and store the path in the db. also i would like a progress bar and a neat and nice interface for uploading the 12 photos. In other words, if i can, i would like to not have 12 file text boxes on the page. I was thinking of something nice like the hotmail interface when you add an attachment. That is basically it, i can give more details later.
