movie to flash

I require a software that converts any movie file to a flash file just like the one used in youtube. I have build an upload code using asp.net 2.0 with c#. When I upload a file a unique sub folder will be created in the main folder for storing each unique file. Example: Eugene (Main Folder) -> Video1, Video2 ..... (Sub Folder) James (Main Folder) -> ............................. Kevin (Main Folder) -> ........... so on.............. Now before storing the video file into the sub folder, I require that the movie file be converted automatically into flash. Also the flash file should be compressed in terms of size. Please note that the conversion should take place on the server side. Besides that the interface to preview the flash files should be something like the one used in youtube. Please note: -The convertor should be build using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. -The convertor should be invoked from my Upload script. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
