Design Program and Templates for Email campaign

There are two parts to this little project: Firstly, we want you to build a program for our email campaign. The program should be capable of sending individual/mass emails from our database list. The email program will be sending emails using templates, so that when an email is opened users should see it in html. Secondly, you will be building two-three templates with pictures and text. Once the templates are built, we should have an easy way of filling it with content (text/pictures) The body of the email will be constituted by selecting the template. We want the program to have the ability to select one or more templates at any given time. Attached are examples of some templates we want you to build for us. This is very close to what we like cauz it simplifies text, gives a gud look & feel, presents the brand explicitly & the images make it easier to relate. Pls feel free to have your valuable inputs as well on this. We will be preparing the content to go along with this. We prefer you to build the program using Microsoft technologies. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Win XP, 2000 Pro, Outlook Express, VB.NET, C#.NET....
