create or modify and install self replicating script

I need to have a webpage self replicating script created or modified and installed on my server. The look of my webpage should not be changed in any way (no menu bars, linking to other signup pages or extra buttons to click anywhere). A visitor would enter his data in the following form fields: First Name: John Last Name: Doe Email Address: ******* Username (either of their choice or assigned by the script) Phone Number: 777-777-7777 OK to call: Yes or No The script would instantly create an exact copy of the index page and call it: [login to view URL] and create a new directory on my server. Immediately John would receive a thank you email telling him what his new URL is. I would also receive a notification email telling me that John signed up, along with his data from the form (name, phone number, etc.) Now, if Mary, signed up at John's webpage, the script would create a webpage with URL: [login to view URL] Mary would receive a thank you email telling her what her new URL is. John would receive an email telling him that Mary signed up, along with the her form data. I would also receive an email notifying me of the new signup, along with her data. The process of replication would continue for each new person signing up. The data would be stored on my server and I would be able to email everyone who has a webpage at any time. In the event that any changes should be made to the main webpage, I would be able to modify the index webpage only and have all of the replicated webpages modified automatically. There is one software program that might do all this: [login to view URL] but I am not sure if my webhost meets the requirements. Another program that could work as well is: [login to view URL] but with this script affiliates do not receive a notification email when someone signs up from their webpage. Only the website owner receives notifications. This script might fit my requirements if it could be modified to send out notification emails to all webpage owners each time they generate a new sign up and if it could also be modified so that if any changes are made to the main website, all of the replicated ones would be modified simultaneously. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux I should mention that although my web host runs all Linux based servers, my server has ASP support installed.
