Asterisk AGI Programmer Needed

Basically I am developing a clone of [login to view URL] in ASP.Net 2.0 I need click to dial functionality there So I hired a Asterisk AGI Programmer and he made Asterisk server on a Linux Fedora Machine. And we got account from [login to view URL] Basic Calls are working. We send a request to server using a .net api in a function. The function takes 2 phone numbers as parameters and establish calls on those phone numbers. Unfortunately my developer can not continue this job because of his marriage. So I need some one to do the followings 1) should be able to enter the call information in MYSQL tables. 2) should be able to record the message if receiver does not pick the phone. 3) if balance of caller ends then call should be automatically disconnected. and a few other functions like these you can see [login to view URL] for more information. Please note that all other functions are working on site so you do not need to worry about them. I will hire you just for call functions. you will have to give me proper documentation of all work.
