OScommerce Web Design

My Oscommerce website basically needs to have a very professional and clean look (templates will not be suitable!); see the attachment for details. Maximum budget is $120 for this. Lowest bidders preferred. Escrow payment immediate; full release after all changes have been made. Part-payment is fine. You need to understand oscommerce for this. This is oscommerce driven so obviously you are not working from scratch. You will need to deliver to time and keep in communication as you will have a lot of freedom in design based on attachment but you need to communicate with me regularly so I am happy with the design and how things look. Again, you should expect changes as this is essentially a design and one needs to see how things fit and look. Only bid if you are available immediately to start as I normally pick within a day and make sure you read all the specification.
