I need a nutritionist or someone with nutritional training to do some research for me. I want to create a nutrient shake and I need a solid protein, solid fat and a solid carb source to mix into it. The fat source should contain all of the essentail fats and few harmful fats for human nutrition. The carb source should have log glycemic index carbs. The protein source should have the right amino acid balance required for the human metabolism. All must be in solid form so I can put them in powder mixes. I expect you to: 1) Research on the available options of powders 2) Give me a report (half a page) on each option outlining their suitability I would expect at least 2 options of each. What you are trying to make is a functional food and i can be just the right person for it as i have done this exact work in the past. A year and a half ago I made rice milk for lactose intolerants by the name of Rice Miracle from the very scratch. It was also fortified with calcium and Vitamin D. It was a practical project by my university and I did a job that was applauded by everyone. The product was further referred to a dairy company of my country for production. So I am sure that this is the type of work that is not new to me and I believe i can do it well.
