We have a windows application product in VB.NET. In that product required SMS sending functionality. To send SMS we are using SMTP protocol. After sending the SMS using SMTP protocol, the message is not displaying properly in the receiving side. We required a sample application in VB.NET/C#.NET to send SMS to any US number for free of cost using SMTP protocol or any thing else. Knowledge person create the sample application and send it to us for review. The amount will be paid after we test the application to make sure it is working with various mobile companies’ numbers in the US

I have already done this sort of application in VB .net and C#. you can send Sms using modem/Mobile/Sms gateway services. It would be very easy for me to accomplish this task.
