Create a lite 'blog posts management' functionality for website users. Blogengine.net based

Hi, this task is for a .net developer with a high level of .net development skills (>=intermediate level) with good knowledge of application architecture. Task includes both backend development and front end development (including some jquery). In a nutshell: we need to create blog posts management functionality for users. Users need to be able to post their own blog posts, edit and delete them. We need to list user’s blog posts and do search. (In the attached files please find a detailed task description. Also you can find a zipped VS mocked up project.) The blog is based on the [login to view URL] database. It would be great if you can use blogengines’s api (using blogengine's dlls) to implement some functionality. The timeframe is 2.5 - 3 weeks max. I'm very strict on this timeframe. If you can't do it in this timeframe - please do not disturb. You will need to send me code as you work, so I can see some results and do a review. I don't want you send me the whole project at the end. So I expect the first implemented methods in 5 days after you start! The milestone payments will also be released after each of your commits.
