Need a skilled game developer(or team) that has programming skills and 3D Modeling skills for IPhone game

Need a skilled game developer (or team) that has programming skills and 3D Modeling skills/Animation skills for a fighting style Iphone game. I am looking for someone or a team that is able to provide very good programming skills and animations toward the characters in the game. Also, I need you the developer to be able to turn the drawings that I have of the characters into 3D as well as the levels that I already have. I also need you the developer to provide sound effects in the fighting game. There is much more to the game, but I will give the full explanation once hired. Furthermore, you must have Skype and be able to attend a Skype interview and give updates every 2-3 days on game app progression. You must be able to sign a Non-disclosure agreement form before hire.
