Implement Uber-like Forced Reviews in a completed IOS App

We have an iphone app. We want to load a review screen every time our restful api(from web server) says there are pending reviews. The review screen is already done. How we are doing it right now: On main page, we make a network call to this api and parse the result. If there are reviews, we will segue to the review screen. Problem with our approach: This only works when the app is on this screen. The moment the user is not on this screen, and there are pending reviews, when they are in the app, or after they have returned to the app, the review screen wont load. More info: Main screen is not the first screen. our first screen is a login page. So we only want this feature to work when users are logged in. Basically do it like Uber. Whenever after a job, the first thing that the app loads is a review screen. User cannot navigate away until they have completed the review. We want to do the same thing. Also we dont want to rely on push notifcations. (Uber did it without push notifcations) Please submit in the chat, a general approach, how you will do this together with your bid. This is to check that you have understood the requirements. Dont worry we still intend to outsource it. If we just wanted an idea and to implement it ourselves, we would have used Google. Also we have other stuff to handle!
