direct advisory massages -- 2

Hi there simply i want to classify my client to groups, and send messages to each group. (that mean each group has a number of clients, and they all received my messages). but...... no one of Clients can get any information about anthers. no one can reply to my messages. (it like Broadcast messaging). client can only chat to me one to one. More descriptions: First the user will login by( name - email - phone ) Once he logged in he can see all categories on the app If he go in one of this category he will face a category description (which show the role to follow the admin masses ) And he will face another massage invite home to join this category or group Once he push the link on this invitation massage The mashed will be changed to ( pending massage ) to Waiting for admin approval. Once the admin approve him he can see the massages on this category from the admin. The Clients have to see the admin message only... no replay no forward ( it like a what’sapp broadcast ) If the Clint want to chat with that admin he can click on Support button to make a chat with him 
 By that It will be 3 kinds of categories 1- The first is these categories that the Client approved for. 2- The second is the category that he pending for. 3- The third is the categories are these categories that the client didn’t request to join it. No user can Not get any information about any others users. It like he is alone with the admin and revive the messages from him. Each category has a different name and picture (created by admin) ... the name show the purpose of the category and what the Client will get inside Each category have a description show the rolls that the client should to follow with the admin massages. And how to use it This description shown clear when the Client go inside ( it look like fixed massage) Admins only can send a massage to a specific categories so the (admin of admins) can creat accounts for other admins an give a permissions to other admins to send to specific groups. The app is for android and IOS and you Responsible to setup the application on privet account to me , and I will pay for apple developers account.
