Write an iPhone/andriiod application

I will need someone to help create a simple mobile application for customers to be able to order my services and track items by phone. I already have a laundry tracking system script written for my main web site that I need a little tweaking and have some service items add to it to be used for the mobile as well. the mobile app will consist of being able to enter contact info and select what item(s) you would like to order and then an ability to pay for these items once paid the customer can track the items for pick up/drop off time, how much it was, how much lbs left on there plan, etc. also once someone has order and paid a text message / email is sent to our location for notification to begin services for the customer. the laundry script that is written giving a customer a separate sign up and tracking by invoice # but is not integrated properly to my website and I would like it to be integrated for when a person orders services they automatically are signed in with their own name and can just click tracking icon on web page. my website: [login to view URL] my services : Laundry/Dry Cleaning, Water Delivery, Dorm / Maid Cleaning, Shipping, Packing, Storage services I supply services for university students during their school year. I would like to make it simple and easy to order and track their order by phone. the idea is at the touch of a button they can have services at their door with in hours. with the ability to have an electronic invoice with costs and tracking, pick/delivery times, laundry weights, dry cleaning item, shipping tracking #,s . I don't need major graphics just simple easy to read text and my logo with easy select options for service. I will also need to be able to enter customers services times, costs, etc. on my end. I also have a backend written for my website that we can just add to and tweak a little to fit so you do not have to write out new script as much..
