I need help to create android and iphone/ipad app to record, track, analyze, & share your health. for example pain management, depression management or blood pressure management. The following features are required: 1. quick and simple way to record health log. 2. the ability to graph, chart and view record. 3. generate reports with summary, details and chart. 4. view and share report 5. calender based log reminder 6. authorize other users to view my log data. (We will implement this feature on server side, you only need to provide GUI) The above app needs be able to run on both phone device and tablet. The detail of the project requirement, GUI design and database design will be sent to freelancer after the bid end. We require to finish the project in 25 days, android phone app finish early in 18 days with 4 days GUI design phase.
