Create Simple Video Playlist iPhone application

We are in need of simple iPhone app, all the graphics will be provided in a layered psd. The app would have the following features: A main menu with 8 options which go to the following screens: One screen with text from a pdf document Three different screens which three different playlists of videos. Just need the functionality, we can take care of adding the videos and the descriptions. A page where a user can select multiple videos and see their descriptions, create and save a playlist, and play the playlist. Two screens which have separate audio files where the user can choose music from a list and play it. An option where the user can set reminders and they automatically go into their iphone calendar. ---- We need to be able to add, delete, and change the videos on the playlists.
