Recreate a table in Microsoft Excel with cells containing an inset rounded corner box with text

I have a concept for a table design (in Adobe InDesign) – I need a Microsoft Excel expert to see if this can be achieved in Excel. The table has cells that contain an inset box with rounded corners which contains a number. The row fills alternate with white and pale grey. The inset box is red or green with white text. See files attached. I would like to receive and Microsoft Excel doc with sample demonstrating this visual result. It cannot be a graphic needs to be live text.
