Azure+PowerShell+AD P2

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a PowerShell script from scratch that deploys 8 Azure AD P2 features as follows: 1 - Multi-Factor Authentication. Adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to provide multiple forms of verification during sign-in. 2 - Conditional Access. Defines access policies based on various conditions, such as user location, device health, and sign-in risk. 3 - Self-Service Password Reset. Allows users to reset their passwords without requiring administrator intervention, improving productivity and reducing costs. 4 - Password Protection. Helps prevent users from using weak and easily guessed passwords, reducing the risk of account compromise. 5 - Privileged Identity Management. Provides management capabilities for Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Azure resources. 6 - Identity Protection Helps detect and respond to identity-based risks and vulnerabilities in real time, providing risk-based conditional access. 7 - Privileged Identity Management. Enables just-in-time (JIT) access and access reviews for privileged Azure AD roles and resources. 8 - Azure AD Identity Protection. Helps protect against risky sign-ins and detects potential vulnerabilities in real time. The freelancer should have advanced knowledge in Azure AD P2 and PowerShell scripting.
