We are seeking a skilled Freelance Mechanical Designer with expertise in solar mount structures The Freelance Mechanical Designer will be responsible for: - the candidate will create detailed installation videos to guide customers through the mounting process effectively. (Recommend software SAP2000, 3D max, ETABS, or equivalent). - Structural Design: Design and engineer solar mounting structures, considering factors such as wind load, and structural integrity to ensure safe and reliable installations. - Stress Analysis: Perform comprehensive stress analysis using software tools such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate the structural performance of mounting systems under various loading conditions. - The result is to create an Installation Video demonstrating the step-by-step process of assembling and installing solar mounting structures, ensuring clarity and accuracy for customers. - Documentation: Create technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for mounting systems, including assembly instructions, bill of materials, and load calculation reports. The candidate doesn’t have to meet all requirements or work before on a mounting structure but at least work on equivalent projects with the same details of a mounting structure.
