Aeronautical Mathematics - Vertical Navigation Formula

Winglet Media Ltd create cutting edge interactive flash solutions for airlines and individual pilots. We are finalising our new online Airbus navigation computer solution and require an expert of mathematics and aeronautics to assist our developers with some complex formulas. We require the following: - Formula to give crossover altitude of a specific Mach/IAS pairing based on temperature and tropopause variables. - Formula to work out predictions of Top of Climb, Top of Descent and acceleration/deceleration points based on speed and altitude constraints along the route.
