macOS - sync tool for server uploads/downloads

Hello I am a macOS system developer. If I understand the spec and your video correctly, the tool consists of two parts: the actual automatically-launched-upon-system-start LSUI utility in the Task Bar and a part that listens to a specific finder's folder events (file added, changed, removed, renamed). The folder watching can be done by creating a finder extension. If you do not need the dropbox-like sync functionality (the folder is synced only upon a button press) the task will be a bit simpler.
