Build me a Mac OS App

Hello, We would like to have a small and simple app that would listen to a specific folder change (similar to Automator) that does the following: On Downloads folder: - Print to Receipt Printer if new file contains name [login to view URL] - Print to Label Printer if new file contains name [login to view URL] - Print to A4 Printer if new file contains name [login to view URL] -> Erase file -> Delete file from Trash (all silently without any popups) Printers will be connected to this MacBooks via USB and we'll need to be able to setup page size, center, quality, etc from the script to make it match pdf dimensions. PDF's are made with correct dimensions but it always has to have slight adjustments. From the app we would like to be able to setup: - name contained (which to look for) - setup each printer for each name contained (up to 4-5 different printers and names) - each printer's settings (Printer settings: Quality, Paper size, Scale to fit, Scale (%)) - run minimized - needs to be able to print instantly Automator wasn't an option as it took 5-6 seconds to do this. While we know it is possible to cut this 5-6 seconds to instant print queue.
