Hi The example you provide needs to be subjected. For pedestrian in my perspeqtive YOLOv3 is better. Tracking and mapping are quite easy tasks in hand as they are done with just plain OpenCV functions. I don't know how do we track stopping times but speed calculation is quite easy/ As for integration I have never used Rhino3D Grasshopper but as I know Python scripts are quite easy to integrate so no problem with that part too.
