Video on demand portal like netflix, prime video

development of a portal for video on demand, similar to netflix, hulu, amazon prime video. 1) the site must be developed mainly in javascrip language (describe the frameworks to be used and the benefits) 2) the site must distribute the contents through a cdn (it must use an opensource system and implemented on linux servers that will be rented by our company) describe which technologies you want to use. 3) the video contents must be compressed in many resolutions 4k, 1080, 720 etc, hdr support, various compression formats such as h265, vp9, etc, must be compatible with many devices and the resolution must automatically scale according to the connection band to the internet and to the device used, the videos must be able to be compressed both from the clusted of our servers and from external solutions in cloude like amazon EC2 (describe which libraries and software to use for local compression and for compression on the cloud, must be both implemented) 4) video player (indicate the functions and libraries and technologies you intend to use) must be compatible with many devices and the resolution must automatically scale according to the band of the internet connection and the device used, I would prefer it to be developed in javascript 5) the site must allow the possibility of 3 different methods of content distribution, 1.
