Hey there, While I'm not familiar with Plesk, I am confident in my ability to configure Nginx with Google's ngx_pagespeed extension for the highest page speed possible. Ngx_pagespeed has the ability to minify HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and it is also possible to force the usage of asynchronous requests to server resources. Another trick used in the industry is the compression of images. I might need SSH access, but with Image Magick I can minify your images and optimize them for web use without any obvious changes to the image itself (lossless minification). In addition, if possible I will install Percona, which is a highly optimized MySQL server with builtin caching abilities. Also, any caching the application you have can do can probably be set up fairly easily, but again, I'm not very familiar with Plesk so I don't know how difficult installing and configuring things like memcached will be. I'll perform this bottleneck identification and then tune what needs to be tuned. you should not start tuning what is not causing issues; it's a waste of effort and can make this worse. so, this is how it will go: - day one: install monitoring tools. - day one to 12: gather monitoring data, analyze it to understand causes of poor performance. - days 10 to 15: time what monitoring indicates that needs to be tuned.
