linux admin for dedicated servers

We are taking care of a big-sized project on Linux (centos). This project is to develop a web application running on dedicated servers. The project is coded by Ruby and PHP. We are very experienced with programming in Ruby and PHP, but we are lacked of experience with Linux server admin. This thing decreases our developing speed. Then we urgently need to hire someone here who is very experienced with Linux server admin to work for us as a Linux admin. The following tasks are what you have to do with our dedicated servers. 1. install Development Tools 2. install MySQL 3. install apache & php . Setup Apache 4. install Ruby 5. install Ruby gems 6. Setup DNS 7. Setup crontab We need you available about 2 hours per day.
