We Need a SIP expert to Install + Setup outbound sip proxy server using Ubuntu or CentOS. The aim to run sip communication on ports other then 5060 which is blocked by certain ISp's. Payment will be release when the project is done with all install and configure documentation.

For default setting of proxy 100$ is eonough but in most cases you need more seting with your specific.

I usually use freeswitch as a proxy since it easy to configure. I also usually install the FusionPBX interface with it to make it even easier to use. The ports can be changed to anything you need.

I have been deploying custom asterisk servers for the past 5 years, and have 18 years experience in the It field, and have deployed every version of asterisk since Version 1.4. I would recommend deploying asterisk with mysql integration. This allows for a much better form of call records, as well as allows for easy to use call routing databases and other handy features.
