Belgium Link Building - ONLY for BELGIAN (French) Link Builders

We need a Belgian link builder to create local links on Belgium-based sites (only sites with a .be property). Texts required for link building will have to be supplied by the assigned link builder. It is therefore essential that French (Belgium) is the native language of the link builder and only Belgian link builders should bid on this project. The links have to be posted on sites that related to the business or industry that the website deals with to ensure that the links add the most possible value to the website.
