Piercing the Corporate Veil: the sole named partner in law firm denies liability for embezzlement by associate.

HELLO This is needed on an URGENT BASIS. I need a memo by Sunday evening say 8 pm Eastern Time USA. ISSUE how to pierce the corporate veil. The sole named partner in the law firm is denying liability when her associate embezzled money from me. All facts take place in Maryland USA. Attorney A was sole named partner in her law firm. I hired her to do a bankruptcy case and gave her the fee that was stipulated. A day or two later she retired and assigned my case to her associate. The contract for legal services gave her the right to assign my case to an associate so that's OK. Associate B fakes my case and urges me to start the bankruptcy by depositing a large sum with the trustee in bankruptcy. He then creates a document that says he has to charge me $2200 for administrative services. He types my name on it and submits to the trustee in bankruptcy presumably taking this money from m. I never saw this paper until years later. Subsequently attorney B got in trouble with the bar association. He has been suspended indefinitely by the Maryland Bar. They would not tell me the nature of his conduct. Attorney A had to come out of retirement to clean up the many problems caused by B. I am now suing attorney A at her office now called "Attorney C and A, LLC" for allowing this to happen. A denies liability for the following reasons: attorney A changed the name of her practice from "attorney A" to "attorney C and A, LLC." Attorney A claims she has a resident agent who was not served the complaint. Also claims that "C and A LLC" is not the proper party to be sued by me. A claims that attorney B did not work for "C and A, LLC." Also claims that I do not have the legal capacity to sue "C and A, LLC". C and A LLC did not come into existence until 2020. A demands "strict legal proof" of existence of "Attorney A firm" before 2020. A demands strict proof a written agreement between myself and "C and A, LLC". I filed papers with the couirt to be served on Attorney A at her office. She says that C and A LLC did not exist at the time of the embezzlement 2017. Assume that is true. I did not even know about the existence of C and A LLC. I simply looked up attorney A at her new office and sued her at that address. She claims the firm of C and A LLC did not exist at the time. Can we make her liable for some or all of the money embezzled?
