I am relaunching a website on March 1st, 2021 and pivoting it to an eBook and audio book distribution site. I need a quick document created. I need an agreement between authors and the site and I also need an agreement between publishers and the site. The basics are: The authors/publishers agree to let me distribute their books on the site The authors and publishers agree to pay the company 10% of all sales. I also need the ability for the authors and publishers to opt in to donate an additional 5% to a specific non-profit. That's pretty much the overview.
