Enable Language Selection in Frond End in Laravel Script - Spanish / English

In a Laravel Script I need the dev to: 1. Create a language file for translation to spanish for the front end 2. Enable language selection for the user at front end. 3. Set default language to spanish for the front end. 4. Make sure all interaction to front end user can be translated. 5. Create a Dashboard Page for the user. It must show a section of accounts that are active. Should show balance, currency and a button for adding funds next to each balance. And a section of Last Transaction that should show the last 5 transactions. 6. The users Menu must be: - Dashboard - Send & Receive + Send Money + Request Money + Escrow + Vouchers - Merchant Setup (Currently Developers API) - My Account History + All Transactions (Currently Transactions) + My Deposits + My Withdrawls
