hi. i go though the details and and its looks very interesting work. 100% its possible, we can create a centralize database where we can store RFID unique number with paypal id and when we found scan result RFID unique number we can get paypal id's what you need to use a a micro-controller board between RFID tags. contact me for more details. thanks

Hi, dude. I am web developer. I've used paypal api so far on few projects but never integrated it with card reader. I guess, if I can find java library for concrete card reader I'll be able to integrate them. Unlikely, I haven't any card card reader for testing. Please contact me so we discuss details.
