Sales support / representative

We are a company providing recruitment services in IT. We are looking for a sales representative to help us acquire new customers. The potential customers are companies in the Netherlands interested in hiring software development specialists and are open to use recruitment services. The assignment assumes pro-active commercial approach and involves web research, ‘cold-calling’, usage of LinkedIn as well as occasional face-to-face meetings with a potential client. We provide the initial leads (e.g. a job position with company’s information) and a list of verified, relevant candidates for that position. We offer compensation based on performance. We pay per creation of a prospective client relationship. This means you need to: - find the relevant contact person within the company, - contact the person and introduce our services, - get the positive feedback from the prospective client to cooperate, - hand-over the contact by introducing both parties via a formal meeting with both of us and the prospective client. Budget is per 1 client. There is no limit to the number of customers you help us acquire. Requirements: - Commercial approach - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You are pro-active, reliable and polite - You are a native Dutch speaker - You live in the Netherlands (so that you can join the occasional meetings) - Experience in B2B sales is a plus Please feel free to send us a message if you would like to learn more.
