I have had over three decades of experience of working in HR at senior management levels in Indian, Japanese, Australian and US based companies. My last tenure was Group Head HR & CSR for a 3.5 Billion USD conglomerate having over 27000 employees worldwide. I am currently on panel of Korn-Ferry as a lead assessor. Strong in Assessments, Change Management, PMS, Leadership training and Talent Development. I have catered to over 12 marquee clients like Daimler’s, ONGC, Honda, Eicher, CGHS, Amul in various Leadership development and other Change and HR interventions. I have also written a book "Incredible HR" to showcase my experience. I am now looking to expand my services and willing to partner with passionate professionals to help me expand.
